Upon graduating from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989, Seth Jacobson founded consumer products company Thai Kitchen with the goal of importing authentic Thai food to the United States through an unwavering commitment to providing the finest authentic products. The company is ranked as the number one imported brand of
Thai food in the world.

Mr. Jacobson began investing in real estate in the early 1990s in West Oakland and later transitioned to a 100% real
estate strategy shortly after selling Thai Kitchen to McCormick & Company, Inc. and has been an active owner,
operator, developer, investor, and asset manager since. Through an institutional approach along with a unique
perspective on the world, Mr. Jacobson has invested in and/or developed numerous real estate projects
throughout the Bay Area and West Coast. With a focus on value-added opportunities through repositioning or
ground-up development, he has dealt with a range of asset types including live/work lofts, data centers, hotels, retail,
condominiums, and R&D facilities. With a keen eye for opportunity and sharp business acumen, he has had a
significant involvement or lead role in over one million square feet of real estate investment.

Mr. Jacobson is still an active participant in the consumer products industry and maintains a role in Snap
Dragon Pan-Asian Cuisine, and other companies. He is also a first fund investor in Encore Consumer Capital
as well as subsequent funds.
